Re-entry services are available to all Public Defender clients that are currently or have been recently incarcerated.

Additionally, you may qualify for additional re-entry services if you are on AB 109.  You qualify for AB 109 services if:

  • You were released from State Prison under Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS); or
  • You were sentenced in court to a split sentence and must serve some of your sentence in custody and the rest of your sentence on Mandatory Supervision; or
  • You were released from State Prison on Parole.

Re-entry Services available are:

  • Services to assist in obtaining government identification;
  • Services to determine upcoming court dates or information about Homeless Outreach Court;
  • Services to obtain records

Re-entry Services include links to services for:

  • Education;
  • Employment;
  • Child Support;
  • Substance Abuse;
  • Social Service Administration Benefits;
  • Mental Health Treatment Services;
  • Social Services
